As you may have noticed, Dawn recently acquired the Bunge bakery supply business of North America. This acquisition will provide Dawn with needed production facilities in the western part of the United States and expand our frozen capabilities for that part of our industry that depends on innovation and quality for bakery offerings purchased as frozen batter or dough or as ready-to-sell (thaw and sell) items. We also bring some great new talent to the Dawn organization, which helps us in our goal of having the best people in this industry to serve you.
