Hello folks. Someone said to me recently, "Ron, your website is a combination of messages to Dawn people and customers." You know, that person is correct. At Dawn, our Circle of Excellence drives us. Our culture is encompassed in the circle and it helps keep Dawn people and customers foremost in how we handle ourselves in daily situations. It also keeps us focused on what has made us successful over the past 80 years.
These interactions occur daily, and how we react to these opportunities defines Dawn. We respond to Dawn people and our customers-yes, even our suppliers-in a positive manner that creates a mutually beneficial relationship for all parties.
Relationships are all a very important part of Dawn. They make up the very workings of this company. There is a lot that Dawn does right for these parties. There are some areas that need improvement, which we thrive on exposing so that, as the old song goes, we "accentuate the positive and eliminate the negative."
