Consolidation. Aquisition. Merger. You have heard these words maybe more than you care to. Who does what? Where do we go? Is it a supplier, competitor, customer or nonentity? With all the changes going on, these are very appropriate questions - unless you're doing business with Dawn.

At Dawn - just like the name says - it is the bakers' time of day - and Dawn does one thing - we serve the baking industry. Have we changed? You bet. So has our industry, and we will do our best to provide you, our customer, with products for you to sell to the consumer - your customer. That's our business.

This month, I am celebrating my 40th year with Dawn and it seems as if we are just getting started. Dawn has, in my opinion (and most of our customers agree), the finest people in the industry. They know "our success is your success" and whether it is a Dawn manufactured product, dependable services from Dawn distribution facilities or help in presenting, designing, and introducing a new idea, we will do the very best for you because that's all we do - we think, talk, and walk bakery.

Despite all the technological changes, bakery is still a people business. It is important to us that you know who we are and we want to know you. Our business is built one bakery at a time, learning your needs and providing products and services to meet your needs. This is how we have done business for 80 years. Dawn is aware of the changes and innovations in the industry, and being dedicated to the industry is how we will do business in the twenty-first century.
