More than 80 years ago the people of Dawn built a company founded on high ideals—principles of right conduct. In a time when business ethics are being called into question more than ever, we reflect on these principles and ask, “What is it that sets Dawn apart? What allows us to endure and what guides us in our efforts to be the best supplier to the baking industry?” We find the answer in the Dawn Circle of Excellence: good people with outstanding work ethics, making excellent products, taking great care of our customers.

As Dawn continues to grow in supporting this great baking industry, we, the people of Dawn, promise to work every day to uphold and improve upon our Circle of Excellence, and to make Dawn a better company, for our customers and for Dawn people. Do we get it right every day? Probably not. Yet, I believe that every day Dawn is a better company.
