Medical Insurance – Dawn offers three medical insurance plans protecting our team members and families. Great care has been taken to ensure the plans deliver top-notch care and excellent value. Our selection of plans also provides a range of prescription drug coverage options tailored to fit individual healthcare needs. As part of our emphasis on healthy lifestyles, eligible Dawn People receive smoking-cessation support, funds for gym memberships, along with weight loss and nutrition programs.
Dental Insurance Plan – Dawn offers dental plans to meet different needs of individuals and families. Our plans offer annual exams, preventative treatment, adult orthodontic coverage, and assistance with major and minor restorative dentistry.
Vision Benefits – Dawn offers a comprehensive vision care program that provides affordable vision protection and encourages prevention.
Retirement/401(k) – Dawn matches a significant portion of team member contributions to their retirement savings. For employees who contribute 5 percent of their eligible earnings each pay, Dawn will contribute 4 percent to their account.
Profit Sharing – Eligible full-time Dawn people have the opportunity to enjoy the profits generated by their hard work. Our plan offers tax savings while adding to retirement savings.
Two Types of Health Care Accounts – One account helps employees save money by setting aside pre-tax dollars for the reimbursement of annual out-of-pocket expenses. The second option
is a savings account using pretax funds to help pay for high-deductible medical plans or save for future, long-term healthcare costs.
