DAWN FOOD PRODUCTS FACILITIES SCORE SUPERIOR IN AIB INSPECTIONS
Dawn Food Products, Inc. announced that five of the company's facilities recently achieved Superior Ratings in their annual inspections conducted by the American Institute of Baking.
The five Dawn facilities include manufacturing plants in Louisville, Kentucky; York, Pennsylvania, and Monterey Mexico; and distribution centers in Los Angeles, California and Denver, Colorado. In addition, three Dawn distribution centers in Medley, Florida; Raleigh, North Carolina and Union City, California received Excellent Ratings.
The American Institute of Baking judges manufacturing and distribution facilities based on food safety, sanitation and operational methods in a manufacturing environment.
