DAWN FOOD PRODUCTS, INC. APPOINTS RISWICK

Dawn Food Products, Inc., one of the world’s largest independently owned bakery manufacturers and distributors is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Erik Riswick as Vice President, Distribution Services & Sales, effective immediately.

Riswick will oversee Dawn’s Distribution Service Centers in the Western US, including Dallas, Texas; Denver, Colo.; Houston, Texas; Las Vegas, Nev.; Los Angeles, Calif.; Phoenix, Ariz.; Salt Lake City, Utah; San Francisco, Calif.; and Seattle, Wash. He will be based in Phoenix. Previous to joining the Dawn team in January of 2001 as Integration Manager during the acquisition of CSP Foods, Riswick was President of Maplehurst Bakeries and its Canadian parent company, Ready Bake Foods.
