Root Beer Float Whip Topping Cake

1. Flavor Dawn® Select™ Vanilla Whip Topping with Root Beer Flavoring.
2. Ice two 8" cake layers with Root Beer-Flavored Whip Topping.
3. Comb sides of cake.
4. Pie on scrolls on top of cake with Dawn® Select™ Vanilla Whip Topping using large star tip #857.
5. Add rosette to center of scrolls with Dawn® Select™ Vanilla Whip Topping using large star tip #857.
6. Flavor Dawn® Select™ White Roll Icing with Root Beer Flavoring and drizzle over scrolls.
7. Place a pirouette cookie on each scroll.
8. Pipe on base border with Dawn® Select™ Vanilla Whip Topping using large star tip #857.

Recipe Variations:  Use Rum Flavoring (or other flavorings) in place of Root Beer Flavoring.  Use nuts in place of pirouette cookies.  Drizzle Fudge Cake Icing or Caramel Gloss Icing in place of flavored White Roll Icing.  Use Chocolate Whip Topping in place of Vanilla Whip Topping.
