Tips & Tricks

  1. The marshmallow-mass sets very quickly. Keep mixing on low to medium speed while not in use. Don’t pause piping until all the mass has been used.
  2. Pay attention to make the surface of the marshmallows as smooth as possible, the smoother it is, the easier it is to pipe the Belnap on top.
  3. Use a small pencil brush to create thin bloodlines.

  1. To cut out the eyes in cookies you can use drop shape nozzle from a flower-piping-set.
  2. To cut eyes in cakes you can use cardboard, see video.
  3. Use candy spiders and tie them with cling film around a rolling pin. Freeze the rolling pin before you start.
