Dawn Foods has launched two versatile new fondants ideal for coating donuts, pastries, éclairs and desserts. Both products are vegetarian friendly and halal certified.
Fondant Sublime is a premium, extra soft, smooth, intense white fondant with a clear shine, created by very fine crystals. No dilution is required and the fondant is ready to use at 35-40°C. Quick drying for added speed and convenience, but with no cracking, Fondant Sublime can be dipped, draped or piped to create a range of impressive effects. The product is freeze-thaw and fridge stable too.
Dawn® Compound pastes can also be easily added to Fondant Sublime to create stunning colours and flavours, making it versatile enough for a range of applications from gateaux to muffins, cupcakes to pastries.
Fondant Extra is a traditional hard fondant available in white, to be diluted and tempered. It is also stable enough to be coloured and flavoured using Dawn Compounds. Its smooth texture ensures no separation, gives a luxurious finish and makes application easy. Fondant Extra is also kosher certified.
