1. Prepare donut mix according to bag instructions. Fry and let cool completely.
2. Toast 200 g Biskrunch toast at 350°F/175˚C for 5 minutes, let cool completely and crush lightly.
3. Mix together 450 g Dip N'Set Icing 60 g strawberry fruits bits.
4. Dip donut in icing, sprinkle with Biskrunch and poppyseeds. Top with local strawberries, flowers, and mint.
