Scale R&H® Fudgie Brownie Mix according to bag directions. Pour into lined cupcake pans.
360°F for 22-25 minutes. Cool.
Gently fill each brownie cupcake with 1 oz Select™ Glossy Caramel Icing. To make caramel frosting, combine 2 oz Select™ Glossy Caramel Icing and Dawn® White Frosting. Pipe onto each cupcake. Drizzle with warmed caramel icing and garnish with coarse sea salt.
