Each vols-au-vent pastry requires two puff pastry squares. Start by cutting each square into circles using a large biscuit cutter. Cut a hole in one of the circles using a 1” biscuit cutter to make a ring. To build, stack the ring on top of the circle pastry. Optional: Bake the 1” cut-out for a lid or garnish. Dock inside area with a fork.
Bake in 375° F oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
To finish, fill center with Select™ Key Lime Creme Pie Filling, Exceptional™ Strawberry Pie Filling, or VelveTop® Icing.
