Caramel Pecan Carrot Cake


Prepare: Scale Baker’s Request™ Carrot Cake Mix according to bag directions. Pour into 8” baking pans.

Bake: 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Cool.

Finish: Ice between cake layers with Select™ Cream Cheese Icing. Drizzle warm Select™ Glossy Caramel Icing over cake. Immediately garnish with chopped pecans.

Yield: 8” rounds, 2 cakes
