Start by preparing R&H RichCréme Cream Cake Base according to instructions on the bag. Lightly toss fresh chopped peaches with lemon juice to keep from browning. Mix peaches into the prepared batter. Place liners into pans and scoop batter into liners. Pipe approximately 1 oz of Gourmet Pastry® Raspberry Filling into each unbaked muffin and stir lightly to achieve a “swirl” look. Top with sugar and bake.
