Prepare: Scale Baker’s Request™ White Cake Mix according to bag directions, adding lemon emulsion. Pour into 8” baking pans.

Bake: 350°F for 20-30 minutes. Cool.

Fill: Between cake layers, pipe Gourmet Pastry® Lemon Filling.

Finish: Base ice cake with Dawn® White Frosting, then decorate with rosettes.

Yield: 8” rounds, 2 cakes
