Gluten-Free Brownie Cookie Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • Dawn® Gluten-Free Brownie Base 5 lbs
  • Dawn® Gluten-Free Cookie Base 5 lbs
  • Dawn® Exceptional Extra-Rich Flavor White Buttercreme Style Icing 9 lbs
  • Chocolate Chips 3 lbs 4 oz
  • Peanut Butter 3 lbs 6 oz

Directions

Prepare Dawn® Gluten-Free Brownie and Cookie Bases according to bag directions. Fold in chocolate chips to prepared cookie dough. Deposit 1 oz batter/dough into 3” whoopie pie baking pans.

Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes. Cool.

For Peanut Butter Buttercreme, combine Dawn® Exceptional White Buttercreme Style Icing and peanut butter.

Finish by piping 2 oz Peanut Butter Buttercreme between one brownie and one cookie.
