Salted Caramel Brownie Cupcakes


Prepare: Scale R&H® Fudgie Brownie Mix according to bag directions. Pour into lined cupcake pans.

Bake: 360°F for 22-25 minutes. Cool.

Fill: Gently fill each brownie cupcake with 1 oz Select™ Glossy Caramel Icing.

Finish: To make caramel frosting, combine 2 oz Select™ Glossy Caramel Icing and Dawn® White Frosting. Pipe onto each cupcake. Drizzle with warmed caramel icing and garnish with coarse sea salt.

Yield: 64 cupcakes
