Strawberry Cream Cheese Puff Pastries


Prepare: Cut Puff Pastry Sheets using a 3” heart shaped cutter. Use a 2” heart shaped cutter to remove the center of half the 3” hearts, creating heart shaped rings. To build, stack the heart shaped rings on top of the remaining 3” heart shaped pastries. Dock inside area with a fork. Optional: Bake the 2” heart cut outs for a garnish.

Bake: 350°F for 15-20 minutes. Cool.

Finish: Pipe Pastry Time® Cream Cheese Filling and Gourmet Pastry® Strawberry Filling into the center of each heart as desired.

Yield: 180 hearts
