Prepare: Scale Dawn® Yeast Raised Donut Mix according to bag directions. For Vanilla Bourbon Apple Filling, combine Vanilla Extract, 2 oz bourbon flavoring and Pastry Time® Apple Filling. Chop dough with filling and cinnamon until combined, then shape to desired fritter size. Proof according to bag directions.
Bake: 375°F for 1 minute on each side. Cool.
Finish: For Bourbon Glaze, combine Dawn® Crystal Donut Glaze and 2 oz bourbon flavoring. Pour glaze over each fritter.
Yield: 36 fritters
