Berrylicious Brownie

You Will Need:

• Baking form - 22cm diameter tin
• Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Chocolate Brownie
• Dawn^® Cream Cheese Frosting or Whipped Cream
• Red berries for decorations - redcurrants, blueberries, blackberries & raspberries
• Dawn^® Sauce Toppings
• YIELD: 1 x 2kg tub makes around 5 cakes (depending on baking form)

Directions

• To begin mix around the Dawn^® Scoop and Bake brownie with a spatula or a spoon.
• Pour out the brownie batter into a cake tin around 22cm in diameter.
• Bake at 190° degrees for around 35 mins in a deck oven.
• Once the brownie is cooled, either use Dawn^® Cream Cheese frosting or Whipped Cream to cover the top of the Brownie.
• Decorate with the berries across the top of the dessert.
• Offer a complete cake for celebrations or to share amongst a group looking for their sweet moment.
• Or serve individual slices as they are, with ice-cream or Dawn^® Sauce Toppings, for an afternoon treat to satisfy any sweet craving.
