Boston Crème Treats

You Will Need:

• Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Batter - Vanilla
• Dawn^® Vanilla Crème Filling
• Dawn^® Dark Chocolate Glossy Icing or Dawn^® Chocolate Fudge Icing
• Dawn^® Chocolate Curls

Directions

• To begin, mix around the Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Batter – Vanilla with a spatula or spoon then scoop into baking forms as follows:
  • Cupcakes: Deposit 50g into cupcake cases.
  • Mini loaf cakes: Deposit 90g into mini loaf cake cases.
  • Cubes: Deposit 50g into 50mm square silicone moulds.
• Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven.
• Once cooled, fill with Dawn^® Vanilla Crème Filling using a piping bag.
• Finish by drizzling or coating each with Dawn^® Chocolate Glossy Icing.
• Add a sprinkle of Dawn^® Chocolate Curls or chocolate crumble for extra decoration.
