Brownie & Orange Pots


You Will Need:

Directions

  • To begin mix around the Dawn® Scoop and Bake brownie with a spatula or a spoon.
  • Line the silicon forms or aluminium moulds (whichever you are using to bake) with flaked almonds.
  • Scoop out around 70g of the brownie batter into the almond-lined silicon moulds.
  • Bake at 190° degrees for around 35 mins in a deck oven.
  • Once cooled, take the brownie pots out of the moulds.
  • Fill the brownie pots with either Dawn® Delicrème – Chocolate or Dawn® Fruit Filling – Orange.
  • Finish off these delicious Brownie pots with chocolate decorations or a dusting of icing powder.

With either a decadent chocolate filling or a fruit sauce centre these modern brownie pots can be adapted to suit the season and your ingredients in stock that day. Display for your customers to see and watch the sales grow!
