Chocolate & Cherry Muffin

You Will Need:

• 2kg tub of Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Batter - Double Chocolate
• 100g Dawn^® Belgian Coverture chocolate
• 100g Dawn^® Chocolate Decorations - White Curls
• 180g Dawn^® Fruit Filling - Dark Cherry
• Amarena Cherries
• YIELD: 1 x 2kg tub = 18 x 100g muffins

Directions

• To begin mix around the Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Batter - Double Chocolate with a spatula or a spoon.
• Scoop out around 110g of the batter into muffin cases.
• Bake at 160°C fan oven / 190°C deck oven for 25-30 minutes.
• After cooling fill the center of each muffin with 5-10g of Dawn^® Fruit Filling - Dark Cherry (use a piping bag for this).
• Melt around 100g of Dawn^® Belgian Coverture chocolate.
• Dip or spread each muffin with the chocolate to cover the top.
• Sprinkle Dawn^® Chocolate Decorations - White Curls on top before chocolate cools completely.
• Finish off with Amarena Cherries placed in the center for added appeal.
