Mix the Dawn® Chocolate Fudge Cake Mixwith 250g of water with a beater for 1 minute on slow speed.
Add the remaining water and mix for 1 minute on slow speed. Scrape down and then mix for a further 3 minutes on
medium speed.
For an exciting and unique look we have baked and displayed our Chocolate Fudge Cakes in coffee mugs. To do this we used quality porcelain mugs that are oven, freezer and microwave safe.
Fill your mugs half full with the mixture (approximately 70g should give you approx. 20 mug cakes) and bake at a lower than normal temperature: 165°C.
For an even richer taste, once slightly cooled pipe a small amount of warmed Dawn® Chocolate Fudge Icing into the centre
of the cake.
Finish with a dusting of brown sugar or cocoa powder.
Tip: Add some coffee flavouring to the mixture, and swap Dawn Chocolate Fudge Icing for Dawn Coffee Frosting to make this a true Coffee Mug Cake!
