Exotic Fruit Tarts




Make up the tart filling by adding DAWN® SuCrem Nova Plus to water and whisking for 1 minute on slow speed, then 3 minutes on fast speed.

Pipe a tall swirl of custard filling onto the base of the tart cases, leaving a 1cm gap around the outside.

Pipe DAWN® Exotic Fruit Filling into the 1cm gap that was left in the tart cases.

Decorate as desired with pieces of sliced fresh exotic fruits.

Spray or brush with heated DAWN® Decorgel Neutral
