Peppermint Brownie Slices

Red Velvet Cake

COMPOSITION:

Brownie
  • 1500 g Dawn Fudge Brownie
  • 375 g water

Mint Frosting
  • 800 g Dawn Frosting Vanilla
  • 200 g Butter
  • 10 g Dawn Icepaste Peppermint

Glacage Chocolate
  • 500 g Dawn Glacage Chocolate

PROCESSING:

  • Mix all ingredients with flatbeeter approx. 3 min on medium speed.
  • Pour into a baking tray and bake it.

TEMPERATURE: 180 °C
TIME: 30 Minutes

  • Mix Dawn Frosting Vanilla with soft butterand add the Dawn Icepaste Peppermint.
  • Spread on Brownie and let it cool down.
  • Warm Dawn Glacage Chocolate up to 35-40 °C and cover the Brownie.
