Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Brownie Cupcake

Red Velvet Cake

COMPOSITION:

Brownie
  • 1500 g Dawn Fudge Brownie
  • 375 g water
  • 100 g Peanut butter
  • 300 g Peanut

Topping
  • 800 g Dawn Frosting Chocolate
  • 200 g Butter

Decoration
  • 200 g Dawn Glossy Icing Caramel Flavoured
  • 200 g Salted peanut

PROCESSING:

  • Mix all ingredients with flatbeeter approx. 3 min on medium speed.
  • Pipe into a baking papercup and bake it.

TEMPERATURE: 180 °C
TIME: 35 Minutes

  • Mix Dawn Frosting Chocolate with soft butter.
  • Pipe onto cupcake let cool down.
  • Decorate with Dawn Glossy Icing Caramel Flavoured and salty peanuts
