Strawberry and White Chocolate Frosted Cupcake

You Will Need:

• Red / Pink Cupcake Cases
• 50g Dawn^® Scoop & Bake Batter - Strawberry and White Chocolate
• 10g Dawn^® Fruit Filling - Strawberry
• Dawn^® Vanilla Glossy Icing
• Dawn^® Frosting - Strawberry / Cream Cheese
• YIELD: 1 x 2kg tub = 40 Cupcakes (50g)

Directions

• To begin mix around the Dawn^® Scoop & Bake - Strawberry and White Chocolate batter with a spatula or spoon.
• Scoop around 50g of the Strawberry and White Chocolate batter into each of the cupcake cases.
• Before baking, fill the centre with Dawn^® Fruit Filling - Strawberry.
• Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes.
• Decorate by piping Dawn^® Frosting - Strawberry / Cream Cheese around the fruit filling, on top of each cupcake for an attractive finish.
