Vanilla and Chocolate Large Marble Loaf Cake


  • To begin mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake - Vanilla batter with a spatula or spoon.
  • Pour the vanilla batter into a loaf cake tin mould, and then pour the Dawn® Scoop & Bake - Double Chocolate into it on top.
  • Swirl together the two batters in the mould with a spatula, knife or flat scraper.
  • Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes then at 160°C for 30 minutes. 
  • Once cooled dust with icing sugar.

Then display and sell – just as it is or offer pre-sliced pieces for a smaller treat!
