Recipe: Herb Sugar Donut Holes

Ingredients

270 grams Dawn Foods Majestic® Vanilla Cake Donut Mix 
64 grams granulated sugar
1 gram fresh thyme, rosemary, tarragon or sage, leaves and stems removed 

Directions

Scale Majestic® Vanilla Cake Donut Mix according to bag directions.

Scoop dough into 1 tablespoon-sized balls and fry at 375 F for approximately 1 minute.

Remove donuts from fryer.

In a bowl, mix sugar and fresh herbs. Add more herbs to taste if desired.

Roll warm donuts in herb sugar to coat.

Yields 64 donut holes
