To begin mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake - Banana and Toffee batter with a spatula or spoon.
Pour around 130g of the batter into muffin cases.
Bake at 160°C fan oven / 190°C deck oven for 25-30 minutes.
Allow the muffins to cool, and then pipe across the top of each muffin Dawn® Caramel Glossy Icing.
Sprinkle chocolate chunks on top.
Also, try adding fresh banana pieces to the top with Dawn® Toffee Fudge Icing as an alternative finish.
