Prep

To begin, mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake Batter – Vanilla with a spatula or spoon then scoop into baking forms as follows: Cupcakes: Deposit 50g into cupcake cases. Mini loaf cakes: Deposit 90g into mini loaf cake cases. Cubes: Deposit 50g into 50mm square silicone moulds.

Bake

Bake at 160°C for 20-25 minutes, depending on oven.

Finish

Once cooled, fill with Dawn® Vanilla Crème Filling using a piping bag. Finish by drizzling or coating each with Dawn® Chocolate Glossy Icing. Add a sprinkle of Dawn® Chocolate Curls or chocolate crumble for extra decoration.
