What you'll need
Baking Form – sheet tray
Wooden lollipop sticks
Sprinkles for decorations – any – we have used pink sugar sprinkles
To begin mix around the Dawn® Scoop and Bake brownie with a spatula or a spoon.
Pour the brownie batter into a tray baking form to create a sheet brownie.
Bake at 190° degrees for around 35 mins in a deck oven.
Once cooled mix the baked brownie with Dawn® chocolate frosting to create a dough which can then be moulded into balls.
Use 750g Dawn® baked brownie + 150g of Dawn® Chocolate Frosting.
Melt the Dawn® San Felipe chocolate in a suitable dish.
Use a lollipop stick to dip the brownie balls into melted chocolate – then dip again into sprinkles or any type of decoration and leave to dry standing upright.
