Directions

Prep

To begin mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake Batter - Double Chocolate with a spatula or a spoon. Scoop out around 110 g of the batter into muffin cases.

Bake

Bake at 160°C fan oven / 190°C deck oven for 25-30 minutes.

Finish

After cooling fill the center of each muffin with 5-10g of Dawn® Fruit Filling - Dark Cherry (use a piping bag for this). Melt around 100g of Dawn® Belgian Coverture chocolate. Dip or spread each muffin with the chocolate to cover the top. Sprinkle Dawn® Chocolate Decorations - White Curls on top before chocolate cools completely. Finish off with Amarena Cherries placed in the center for added appeal.
