What you'll need

1000 g -

Dawn® Scoop & Bake Batter - Carrot Cake

400 g - Sultanas

100 g - Mixed Peel

50 g - Molasses

10 g - Mixed Spice

100 g - Glace Cherries (halves)

Directions

Prep

To begin, mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake - Carrot Cake with a spatula or spoon. Mix all ingredients together and deposit the batter into loaf cake tins or moulds.

Bake

Bake at 150°C in a fan oven for around an hour.

Finish

When cold dust with icing sugar.
