Lavender Cake Bottom: Mix Dawn Creme Cake Base, Water, Oil and Lavender with a flat beater middle speed, 3 minutes. Fill in baking rings (16 cm) with approx 18-20 mm batter and bake.
Mix together and pipe a layer on the baked Lavender Cake bottoms and freeze.
Mix Dawn Fond Sauermelk, Water and then Skyr/Yoghurt and fold in the whipped cream. Pipe Yoghurt Mousse inthe silicone form and deposit the frozen lavender lemon base on top and freeze it.
After freezing take out of the silicone form and glaze it with yellow and white Dawn Decorgels according to the picture.
