Directions

Prep

To begin, mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake Batter - Blueberry with a spatula or a spoon. Scoop the blueberry batter into small Bundt cake shaped silicone forms.

Bake

Bake at 160°C for 25-30 minutes in a fan oven. Leave the Bundt cake to cool.

Finish

Warm the Dawn® Vanilla Glossy Icing to 50°C, then mix in the Dawn® Blueberry Compound. Pipe, drizzle or dip the Bundt cake into the icing to cover the top of each cake. Decorate further by adding sprinkles of Dawn® White Chocolate Curls or fresh blueberries if available.
