Mix Dawn Shortcrust Mix, 400g butter and 100g eggs rollout 2 mm Cut and deposit in silicon Mix almond paste, 350g butter and 300g eggs until creamy Fold 300g Dawn Creme Cake Base Plain CL, almond powder and coconut powder carefully Pipe onto coconut base and deposit a sliced fresh apple on top and bake

Bake

TEMPERATURE: 190˚C TIME: 15-18 minutes

Finish

Mix 1000g Dawn Creme Cake Base Plain CL and 250g butter until a nice crumbly texture and bake golden brown Glaze after baking
