Directions

Prep

To begin, mix around the Dawn® Scoop & Bake batter with a spatula or spoon. Scoop out around 110g of the batter into muffin cases.

Bake

Bake at 160°C fan oven / 190°C deck oven for 25-30 minutes.

Finish

Once cooled, warm the Dawn® White Fudge Icing to 50°C. Pipe or drizzle each muffin with the icing to cover the top. Before it cools and sets, scatter the popcorn on top of the muffins over the icing.
