What you'll need

Chocolate Crumbles

Directions

Mix Dawn Creme Cake Mix Chocolate and butter with a wing into crumbles.

Creme Cake Bottom

Directions

Mix all ingredients with a flat beater – 3 minutes, medium speed.

Chocolate Cream

Directions

Whip Dawn Crème Chocolat with warm water, after wiping - stir in unwhipped cream to smooth consistency

Spicy Chocolate Mousse

Directions

Boil up the crème together with Dawn Flavour Specolous . Add the Dawn San Felipe Bitter chocolate and let melt, mix and add Dawn Fond Neutral and fold in the lightly whipped crème,

Assembly

Bottom – 18 cm ring · Press out 60 g chocolate crumbles per ring, bottom and up on the sides (2 cm) · Fill 150 grams of Crème Cake Chocolate per ring · Pipe 150 grams of Chocolate Crème on top · Sprinkle crumbles on top and bake it · Put bottoms in 20 cm rings and fill with the mousse, freeze. Glazing Warm up the Dawn Glacage Chocolate until 40 °C and glaze the cake and decorate.
