Directions
Prep
Mix Dawn Shortcrust Mix, 180g Butter or margarine and Egg until a dough forms
Sheet the Dough at approx 3.5 mm
Line tart mould with shortcrust pastry
Stir the Dawn Delifruit Daily Blueberry & Instant Jelly gently together
Fill shortcrust pastry with Blueberry Filling
Place Dawn Crème Cake Base, 125 g Butter and Dawn Flavour Palermo Lemon with a paddle mix for 5-6 minutes on low speed to form a crumble
Chill and use as required
Top blueberry filling with lemon crumble Bake
Bake at 180°C for 35-40 minutes Finish
Cool down and glaze with Dawn Belnap
Dust with Icing sugar leaving the center portion
