  • Dawn Creme Cake Base
  • Marshmallow filling
  • Dawn Fondant Sublime
  • Red and yellow colors
  • Dawn Glaçage Chocolate
  • Dawn Compound Orange
  • Dawn Sanatine
  • Dawn Sylvia merengue

 

1. Whoopies

  • 1000 g Dawn Creme Cake Base
  • 350 g Eggs
  • 225 g Water
  • 70 g Dawn Compound Orange
  • 280 g Sunflower oil

 

2. Filling

  • 300 g Dawn Sylvia Merengue
  • 30 g Dawn Sanatine
  • 150 g Hot water
  • 50 g Dawn Compound Orange

 

3. Finishing

  • 500g Dawn Fondant Sublime
  • Red and yellow colors

 

WORKING METHOD:

1. Whoopies

  • Mix all the ingredients in the Kitchen aid 1 ‘ slow and 3’ médium speed.
  • Dose points 8 cm de ø
  • Bake

BAKE TEMPERATURE: 180-190°C

BAKING TIME: 15-18 minutes



2. Filling

  • Mix Sanatine with hot water and add Sylvia merengue.
  • Wipp until get marshmallow texture.
  • Add compound


3. Finishing

  • Warm up Fondant sublime and mix colors.
  • Cover half of the amount of pieces.
  • Draw eyes, nose and mouth with Glaçage chocolate.
  • Fill and close the woopies
