Combine R&H® Richcreme® Cake Base, Whole Eggs, Cinnamon, Cloves, and Nutmeg in a mixing bowl and mix for one minute on low speed, then three minutes on medium speed (third speed on a four speed mixer). Add Vegetable Oil, Applesauce, Butterscotch Chips, and Water. Scrape the bowl and mix for three minutes on second speed. Scoop batter into lined muffin pan, filling each liner 2/3 the way full.
For regular-size muffins (3 ounces), bake in a rack oven at 360° for 20 minutes. For large-size muffins (4 to 5 ounces), bake in a rack oven at 345° for 25 minutes.
