Spray a crown muffin pan and line with paper muffin liners. Mix muffin according to manufacturer’s instructions, folding in 25% blueberries after mixing is complete. Use a #6 white scoop to deposit batter into each cavity then sprinkle with streusel. Bake at 350°F until muffins spring back lightly when touched. Let cool completely.
