Mix 5 pounds Pecan Pie Base and water according to the directions on the bag. Add 7oz bourbon. Place 12oz pecan pieces into a 9” pie crust. Pour 1 pound 8oz prepared pecan pie filling over pecans. Bake at 350°F for about 40-50 minutes or until the middle and the edges are evenly puffed, the pie is perfectly browned and no longer jiggles when tapped.
