Scale R&H® RichCreme® Cake Base according to bag directions, adding cardamom and chopped pistachios. Pour into bundt molds.
Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes. Cool.
Heat Dawn All Purpose White Roll & Donut Icing in the microwave for 15 second intervals until warmed through. Spoon icing over the top of each bundt. Immediately garnish with chopped pistachios.
