Prepare 5 pounds R&H® RichCreme® Cake Base according to manufacturer’s directions, adding 0.37oz cardamom and 4 oz chopped pistachios. Pour into bundt molds treated with pan spray. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until cake springs back lightly when touched. Let cool 10 minutes then depan and cool completely. Ice cake using white roll icing and garnish with chopped pistachios.
