Prepare brownies according to manufacturer’s instructions. Line half sheet trays with parchment paper and treat with pan spary. Deposit 3 lb. batter, spread to edges, and bake at 350°F until set. Let brownies cool completely the freeze. Cut into 2.5-inch by 3-inch bars. Slightly warm icing and spread over brownies, being careful to spread as evenly as possible. Melt white coating chocolate and place into a very small piping bag. Pipe the letters “A, B, C” on top of each brownie. Decorate with a sugar apple if desired.
