Prep

Mix Dawn Complete Éclair Mix according to the bag instructions. Using either a large plain tube or fluted tube, pipe approximately 2 ounces of éclair mix

Bake

Bake at 325° for 45-50 minutes.

Finish

Slice the top of the puff with a serrated edge knife and lay to the side. Fill puff with a generous portion on preparedVelveTop™ Non-Dairy Whipped Topping. Place a dollop of Dawn Exceptional® Whole Cherry Filling in the center. Replace the top and string ice with Spred-N-Gloss™ Chocolate Icing. Garnish the cream puff with VelveTop™ Non-Dairy Whipped Topping and a stemmed maraschino cherry.
